sync error

I keep getting the following error on my blackberry

Sync Error: com.pureinbox.bcubed.soapfs.exception.TimeoutException

This is when the connection between your BB to the Syncamatic server has timed out.
Do you have stable signal when you sync? Do you have access to Wi-Fi?
