[solved] Can not get it to work

I loaded the program, downloaded also into my pc. I use the bb to sync, and it runs the bar to 100%, but nothing happens. I made an addition into my calendar on the pc, and did it again, but it did not sync again. I have spent 3 hours trying to figure this out, but no luck. Can someone help me please? I use office 2007, vista 32 bit, and a blackberry storm operating 5.0

Hi nico,

according to your post, it seems Syncamatic installs, login and runs fine on your BlackBerry Storm.
That leads us to think the issue is on the Outlook plug-in. Can you verify this?

- open Outlook,
- click "Tools"

Can you see a Syncamatic menu? When you click on "Preferences" do you see a window open allowing you to enter your Syncamaitc ID and password?

If you can provide more details, rather than just "it doens't work", it will help us to identify the problem and solve it for you quicker.
