 Post subject: [Solved] sync error

I keep getting the following error on my blackberry when I try and sync:

Sync Error: com.pureinbox.bcubed.soapfs.exception.TimeoutException

Like we suggested on your earlier post, your connection has timed out may be a result of weak signal. Please tell us the following so we can assist further:

What model is your BlackBerry?

What version of Syncamatic you running (check "About" in menu)

Can you access google.com from your BB browser?

1.0.10 is for Outlook.

Please check your BB's Syncamatic version:

open Syncamatic, press Menu key, click "About".

From the menu got o settings and select a different connection type. this worked for me as my wifi can be flakely sometimes
