[Solved] outlook problems

i have installed syncamatic on BB bold 9000 successfully.
installed software on outlook after installing .net 3.5 and primary interop etc.

then installed syncamatic for outlook it appears in tools menu but when i clcik on preferences to load user and password nothing happens. it is as if the menu items are there but not working?
