 Post subject: [Solved] outlook 2007 problems

Trying to run the sync it get 75% done then says internal error and to check the log file, i look where it shows for the log file and there isn't any log file, i uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. also not able to get it to run on my BB says can not get account status, i have check and recheck permissions and nothing.

Hi, for your BlackBerry issue, please provide your BlackBerry device model and your wireless operator. (for example: Rogers in Canada).

As for your Outlook error, the logging is disabled by default. Please check your PM for instructions how to turn it on.

I did download the updated version and I am having a problem with logging into Syncamatic on the phone and also it will not complete the sync on the computer even after the update.

I removed the "Solved" status.

Is your phone a company phone? ie. Enterprise activated?

No it is not a company phone and it is not on an enterprise server.

I also downloaded and installed the latest version for the phone OTA and still getting the same error. Unable to retrieve Syncamatic account status.

We have identified a few Sprint PCS Tour users having the same difficulties. This may relate to how Sprint's network routes signal from your 9630 to our site, which itself is a 2048 bit encryption link.

It seems the your phone and settings are all fine, we are still trying to find out the root cause of this however, Sprint CDMA customers with the same phone are not affected. It is only those IDEN/PCS customers with sim cards.

We will report back as soon as a solution is found.
