Getting started
How do I configure my Syncamatic account?
After you have downloaded the Syncamatic Plug-in to your Mac computer, open the Syncamatic application and enter your Syncamatic ID and password. Place a checkmark by each category you wish to sync with your Mac (e.g. Contacts, Notes, Calendars).
How do I synchronize for the first time?
Once you can successfully login with your Syncamatic ID and password, you can proceed to synchronize your Mac for the first time by clicking the "Sync" button.
When synchronizing for the first time, Syncamatic may detect that your Mac and your BlackBerry contain the same data for Contacts, Calendar, etc. This is called a duplicate.
If you use your Mac applications (Address Book, iCal, etc) as the primary applications for keeping your Contacts, Calendar, Tasks or Notes, you can choose the "Delete Syncamatic Information" option. If your data is more up-to-date on your BlackBerry, you can choose the "Combine Information" option.
